I decided to take my camera to shoot some flowers in the stream at home and I was lucky to be able to get very close to that goldfinch, like literally 3 meters, even less. I took about 8 shots under sub-optimal conditions.
it’s uncommon that I was able to get this close from the bird, compensating my lack of a telephoto objective. Thanks to my bird watching experience with binoculars.
