I’d be willing to submit my DT DB to a survey if it could help to have an “unbiased” glimpse (if it’s possible) in how user are really using the software.
Setting-up the survey and exploiting/mining the data is a lot of work I guess though…

Well we are not going anywhere any more with this, are we?
As for the last few comments from new comers, its easy to show up late and cast judgment on what you perceive, isn’t it? Its very saddening to read that you’re all surprised that the people who make your tooling and support it are also people who have thoughts and feelings and care enough to invest their time and skill, then share it for nothing, so others can enjoy that thing.
If you find that surprising, then you need to look way, way deeper.
