I have “Raw files” selected in Options for Dolphin. It nicely displays CR2 files. But all CR3 are not displayed at all.
What addon/viewer do you suggest? I’m on Arch KDE
Still having this issue. 
No idea if it works, no affiliation, just found with a search. User’s discretion is advised.
