You can turn on modules automatically in the preferences, see the documentation

I also used this method, but I couldn’t figure out how to use that it just activates the lens correction module with the right parameters (like it would happen if I’d just activate it on my own).
When I try it, it always fills in the same values for focal length, aperture,…
Sorry I realized I only answered half your question.
If you have the correct lens correction applied to one file, select that file in the Lighttable view, and copy the partial history stack (only the lens correction!), then you can ctrl + click multiple images and paste the history to the selected files.
