Recently when I exported the photos, ART crashed. And every time it crashes, I cannot open it again no matter what.
It can only be used again by uninstalling and re-installing it. This problem has happened 2 times already.
I’m using Windows 11.
Some logs or error messages would be helpful! Also what version of ART are you using?
I’m using the newest version of ART. Can you guide me on how to get the log? I tried but I have no idea where it is located.

Okay.
This problem doesn’t happen often, however it usually ends up with exporting a large number of photos. After that, it freezes for a while and then crashes. And I cannot open it or any relating .exe file in ART directory either. Nothing won’t start.
If possible please guide me to find the log for the error.
Sometimes when art refuses to start, deleting the cache folder and the other temporary folders makes it behave again

Actually, never mind guys, I didn’t realize that there’s a newer version of ART. Thanks for supporting though, appreciate you guys and this community a lot!
