I’m on Endeavoros. I’ve been using art-rawconverter from the AUR without issues for quite some time. Starting with an update a couple of days ago, I cannot launch ART, and I get the above error if attempting to launch from a terminal.

Arch repos got recently updated to OpenEXR 3.3.2, so you’ll need to rebuild ART to link it to that version.

Additionally it might be needed to recompile CTL as well.

Thank you for the help. And thank you to the developers for ART. I absolutely love this software.

By the way, would it work for me to delete ART from the AUR and then download and install the current version, or will I run into the same problem?

Edit to add:
Problem solved by deleting from AUR and downloading and installing a fresh copy.
