Auto Matched Curve ISO differences?

Rawtherapee comes bundeled with a few profiles. Among them 3 “Auto Matched Curve”, each for a different ISO level. I’ve tried the three of them on the same picture (with low ISO) and couldn’t see any difference.

What supposed to be the difference? I saw that the default is “ISO Low”, in what case should I switch to a different one (among the auto matched ones)?

Different noise reduction and demosaicing algorithms. Pick one depending on how noisy the image is. Zoom to 100% to inspect the preview.
