Hello. It may be stupid question but is it possible to make GIMP automaticaly change brush color during drawing? What I’am aiming for is dot line where five dots are black, than five red and so on (distance measurment tool for fantasy story map).

Yup, but it’s either do not work that way or I’am setting it up incorrectly
Make a Gimp image hose brush - .gih Transparent layer 5 layers one color / 5 layers another color. Export to your brushes folder with settings like this:
Refresh the brushes (or restart Gimp)
