Bayer pattern found in header (GBRG) is different from Bayer pattern in settings (RGGB).

Hi All,
It seems I have a problem with Siril, incorrectly handling RAW files from my Canon 2000D (Siril sees it as Canon 1500D).
I use scripts and when I select “OSC_Preprocessing_Without_Flat” I’m getting multiple warning messages on calibration step:
“Bayer pattern found in header (GBRG) is different from Bayer pattern in settings (RGGB). Overriding settings.”

Result files pp_light_xxx - all have incorrect colors (not fixable with background neutralization)
Is there any easy way to solve this ?
Thanks!

Both 1500 and 2000 D stand for the same model. So this is perfectly normal.

This message is normal and has no effect on the result. This is just to warn the user that the setting in the preference do not match the current Bayer pattern. But the one in the header is retrieved (if the option is checked).

Without any screenshot of the result, we can’t say if the colors are wrong.

Thanks for the fast reply!
I actually see that was wrong. Here is single pp_light file. Looks like colors are wrong due to missing flats and I using L-Pr

o file on Full Spectrum camera (first time stacking results in Siril from this camera)

I’m sorry, but this is impossible to say something about the color on this image.
It’s not obvious that the colors are wrong.

Thanks for the help ! Made a set of flats and it solved the problem ! Definitely not a problem with Siril, but with my workflow
