Best Bluetooth Tracker - What is Best?

I researched about the best Bluetooth tracker for the past few days because I want a reliable way to keep track of my belongings. I read reviews on The New York Times (Wirecutter), Consumer Reports, and Popular Mechanics, and they are consistently marking these two as the best options:

Tile by Life360 Mate - Bluetooth Tracker

Apple AirTag 4 Pack. Keep Track

However, I’m having trouble deciding which one would best suit my needs and would really appreciate expert advice.

If anyone has real-world experience with these trackers or can suggest a better alternative, please share your thoughts. Any recommendation will be appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

From the top of my mind, it depends on your devices (Apple only?) and expectations.

For devices, I have a Samsung phone, so I use Galaxy SmartTag2s, which I find reliable. This tag also uses other Samsung devices to triangulate position, improving the accuracy.

Using Tile as a tracker for municipal asset tracking did not work out for the specific use case we were interested in (accuracy and battery; particularly, signal strength), but it could work for yours.

If you want more robust options, you could always try industrial-grade products/solutions, but for personal belongings, that would of course be overkill and cost-prohibitive.
