After selecting different values in the size dropdown menu, the mouse cursor does not change.

This is just a UI limitation that always uses the same cursor, but the size is considered correctly in the computation.

Hello, I am using the Chinese translation file from RawTherapee, and I copied and pasted it into the root directory of ART.

you can use the following partial .arp profile to re-enable the selector (just load it as a sidecar).
