I think there’s a bug in the vignette display: when I fit the whole image to the screen, the vignette changes the brightness even in the central area (which shouldn’t happen); instead, in zoom view 100%, the brightness in the center doesn’t change (correctly).
See the attached images:
What are your settings for the Vignette filter?
the problem always appears, whatever the parameters…
Can’t reproduce, here the values stay the same. What version of ART are you using and what OS?
Picture from here:
The last version, 1.25.3.1, on Linux… Maybe it also depends on other parameters. I will try the vignette filter starting from a neutral profile, trying to add other things one at a time…
Found! It’s due to “Lab Adjustments”. If you use it, the ‘Fit image to screen’ visualization of the vignette filter is incorrect. @paulmatth, can you try it too, if it’s the same for you?
Hello, I can see some slight differences in the color picker now, on the condition that I use rather extreme values in Lab, like Brightness at -100 and contrast at +100. When I set all the three silders to +100, the color picker shows the same values. And all 3 to -100% show slightly different values.
Not sure this is a bug, rather some unexpected interference between the two tools.
