Camera support Canon Powershot SX70 HS, RAW CR3

Hi,
First of all I am a new user on darktable 3.8.1. Also I own a Canon Powershot SX70 HS.
I tried to read camera’s RAW, CR3, files with darktable 3.8.1, macOS
and I got the message „color matrix not found.“ I checked on https://raw.pixls.us/, Camera samples are already there. In addition, I tried to convert first to dng and then import the pics to darktable but the problem remains.
Can you support me with this issue, please?
Thanks in advance.

I just checked and this camera is not yet supported in 3.8.0 and 3.8.1

It is partially supported in the current development version, which will become the new stable version somewhere in the summer months.

The thing that still shows up:

[lens correction] camera/lens not found

These messages are fixed in current development:

[colorin] could not find requested profile `standard color matrix'!
[color calibration] white balance error
[colorin] `Canon Canon PowerShot SX70 HS' color matrix not found!

About using the DNG version: I don’t have any problems when I convert from CR3->DNG (Using WINE on my Linux box). File opens nicely on darktable 3.8.1 without any error/warning messages.

Canon Powershot SX70 HS is not yet supported.
See: Release darktable 3.8.0 released · darktable-org/darktable · GitHub
current master supports this camera, you might use the development build in current OSX Build - #431 by MStraeten
(backup your ~.config/darktable directory and as well you local saved xmp files since there’s no way back for once edited files.)
