Can Siril be used with light frames only?

I tried to stack only light frames and got an error.

Depending on the camera certain types of calib frames are unnecessary, so it would be good to have this option.

Thanks

Of course it can.
Siril is not only scripts you can do what you want manually.

There is a Siril script that will register and stack your light frames without using calibration frames (i.e., no darks/biases/flats)

The script is called OSC_Preprocessing_WithoutDBF.ssf

It’s available here: https://free-astro.org/index.php?title=Siril:scripts#Siril_scripts

Excellent! Thanks both

Hi. I added this script and ran it, but for some reason it’s only produced a B&W image.
(the lights are from an OSC)

what script did you run. Could you send the file of your logs? There is a button to export it.

I ran this one OSC_Preprocessing_WithoutDBF.ssf that was suggested above.

It doesn’t seem to want me to upload the log. Shall I just paste it?

change the file extension to txt it will work.

cool. thanks. Here it is
