Hello, you can’t change the directory where pp3s are stored according to me. You can instruct RT though to place those pp3s in cache instead of next to the raw file:
Preferences - tab Image processing, entry Storage location profiles >> choose Save profiles in cache.
This is what I do when I want to keep an archive of raw files nice and clean. There are, of course, advantages to storing PP3s alongside raw files/JPEGs; it all depends on your requirements.
Edit: Of course, you could always write a simple bash script (or any other bit of code, for that matter) to manage them (move them around/copy them/delete them).
