Clone tool on gimp. If I unclick the clone tool begins from zero. How to continue if unclicking?

Iām not entirely sure what it is you are struggling with but I think you need to have a look at the Alignment options (look for the alignment section) in the Clone tool options docker.
The default alignment, None, will always (re)start from the initial given source point for each (new) stroke you make.
The second option, Aligned, is probably what you are looking for. This one will keep a fixed offset, which you set using ctrl+click, between where you are using the clone and its source.
If this is not what you want to know, please elaborate so we can come up with a better solution to your problem
