That is quite a scene! Here was a first pass: I decided not to denoise this much as I like having a bit of ‘grain’. Proper film grain would be lovely in this image.

Tried two versions. In the colored on tried enhancing the available warm lights a bit.

Cropping the water out really adds to the fantasy feeling!
I have tried some relatively strong diffusion with DorS, but trying to keep edges. Still a bit of ringing in full view.

Although I almost never use Retinex, here I hope it had a positive effect without too many artifacts.
