Collaborative culling/editing with clients

Does anyone have any ideas on how I can accomplish the following:

I want to establish a workflow for selecting images from a set and adding notes about them with clients.

I’m aware that it’s possible to add comments to images in metadata in GIMP for example but I need a solution which non-technical clients can use, either with common applications/document types, like text files or spreadsheets, or perhaps interactively online.

Can I, for example export a list of selected images from Geeqie or copy file names to the clipboard and paste them into a spreadsheet or text file?
Or is there an online gallery I can host that allows for deleting/hiding unwanted images and adding comments to the rest?

Or some other way?!

Thanks

I have found that an immich server is a very easy way to aggregate and communicate with parties.

In your position, I would create them an account in my immich server, make an album, add them to said album, and request feedback in the “activity” of the album

You can set one up with a couple of clicks via pikapods. It says the cost is 5 USD per month if the server is running all the time. You can shut it down and only pay for storage, or just destroy it when you’re done using it.
