I’ll start by saying I don’t get out with my camera much anymore but enjoy the posts by this group of photographers. There is more knowledge here than I can even wrap my brain around.
Having been guilty of taking & not giving back I thought this YouTube clip might be worth sharing as a refresher on color.
Looks like this is focusing on HSV, which is not a perceptually even colour space to work in. This is why a lot of darktable modules use instead LCh, or more recently, {J_z}{C_z}{h_z} colour spaces, which are much better behaved from a perceptual perspective.
