Compile Darktable v4.2.1 on Ubuntu 22.04

All,
I have updated my scripts to compile/install Darktable v4.2.1 on Ubuntu 22.04.

There are a couple of issues:

  • libheif: Ubuntu 22.04 provides libheif: version “1.12.0”, DT 4.2.1 requires >= 1.13.0
  • lijxl: requires Ubuntu 23.04 according to the jxl website
