Comping novice requests sample projects for 3 basic effects

Hi
Would be a HUGE help if any comping wizards could share sample projects for 3 basic effects

1- comping zdepth for DOF effects,
2 - comping zdepth for volumetric lighting effects
and
3 - time remapping.
