I use my own base curve preset which dates back to my Canon EOS 6d days.
Darktable has had built-in special presets for selected cameras, including 6d, but I tweaked it further and have been using it for all cameras since then.
Recently I’ve also added some styling with second instance of Colour Calibration and you can get familiar with my current “colour science” (bold statement, huh ) here:
