Could more WB presets be added to DT's color calibration module

I like how in the WB module we usually get a selection of “preset” target values for various lighting conditions such as daylight, cloudy, shade, tungsten etc. However, in the color calibration module we get daylight, incandescant but not shade or cloudy. I would like to see the more options included with the color calibration module. I am wondering if I am the only one who feels this way and if I am not should I put in a feature request? I am not sure how difficult an ask this is for the developers. Sometimes I disable the CC module and use the drop down selection in the WB module to select shade or cloudy.

I think the ones in WB come from the camera metadata…not sure that would be relevant to use in the CC module… I guess now when I use it I am just in tune with the hue chroma way to adjust things so I don’t think about temp values much any more…it will be interesting to see what responses you will get …

The WB choices change with camera brands but I would presume that all that is needed in DT is to be targeting different Kelvin values and certain K values align with shade, cloud, tungsten. I look for to the replies myself. The CC module is a great addition to DT and my two main settings are as shot in camera or daylight, but I know I would sometimes like to select cloudy or shade to add more warmth easily to a scene.

Have you tried just adjusting chroma….CC is not really a true wb and usually I fine the hue selected is fine…of course it can be fine tuned …but you just adjust the chroma up or down to add or reduce the correction applied…… maybe this will still not fit your need….
