Crash of dt master nightly build when trying to copy&import

Hi,

I currently have an issue with dt on my Mac.
Using the nightly build (5.5.0+893~ge75b3d1356) and trying to import images makes the program crash.
When trying to import with copy&import, it displays a full screen warning (attached

Any click here leads to darktable ending itself… When using import add to library all is fine …

Has anyone seen this before?

There is a long-time open issue

The issue only occurs in full-screen mode.

Indeed exiting full screen once as written in the long-time issue made the trick.
Thanks a lot for pointing into this direction…
