Crash seen trying to export a sequence

I was using the OSC_Startrail script to create a star trails image, and that worked OK. I started with lights, darks, biases, and flats. I then applied background extraction to the pp_light_.seq and created a new sequence bkg_pp_light_.seq. The new sequence got cretated, but when I try to export the bkg_pp_light_.seq, selecting 16-bit TIFF from the Sequence Tab, Siril crashes, the application just closes it’s self and the tiff files are not created. I am using version SiriL 1.05., Windows10 64bit version

I wanted to do this so I could stack the Tiffs with another application that creates the “star motion” effect. Should I be able to apply some background extraction to a sequence and then export the sequence as TIFFs for other processing. Maybe I am not understanding how this should work?

Thanks for any help.

There is a known crash in TIF export. This could be this one. It has been fixed for next release.

Thank you for replying lock042,

I’m looking forward to the next release.
