curve transformation not sticking?

Siril version 1.5.0 (github)

I’ve done a basic preprocessing of a set of images (opened the stacked FITS, background extraction, plate solve, color calibration, histogram transformation). When I now use Curves Transformation, I can see in the preview window the changes that I make and when I hit ‘Apply’, it also affects the actual underlying image. However, when I then click ‘Close’, the stretch is completely reversed. I somehow cannot get the changes that I make using the Curves Transformation to be permanently applied to the image.

This has always worked in the past (on an older version of Siril).

Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong?

Hey please.

1.5 is the current dev branch. We are changing a lot of stuffs inside. And I’m pretty sure you downloaded an artifact from the curves branch which is a draft.

Keep in mind you shouldn’t.

I will try to run the same process again with an older branch, but my git knowledge is a bit rudimentary and I might mess it all up, haha…

Failing that, I might just recompile an older 1.4 version from scratch and see how that goes.
