Hello,
I recently installed G’mic so I could use Cutout filter. However, there has been some problem(s), that is, cutout filter is not working at all.
I have installed - successfully - Gmic for paint.net and gimp. And tried different versions for both programs and Gmic. Still same errors (see pictures), same problem with all of them.
Is there some secret method I could use to get it working? The os I’m using is Windows 10 64bit.

Found the bug. Filters have been updated, and Cutout filter should work now.
Could you press the ‘Filter Update’ button and see if the fix is working for you?

Just updated myself the filters on Windows 10 (64 bit)
GIMP 2.10.18
G’MIC 2.9 stable
After updating the filters the cutout works again.
Thanks a lot as usual for this fixing.
BTW, I was ready to confirm the bug myself but you have been too speedy to fix it 
After updating it works on both gimp and paint.net. Many thanks for the really quick fix!
