I’m confused. I was looking for an answer regarding something I wanted to do in darktable and I see many sites that say darktable 3.5. I thought 3.4.1.1 was the latest version. Am I missing something?

The documentation on github is for the current development version (3.5) and will become the documentation for 3.6 when it’s released. The documentation on darktable.org is for the current release version (3.4.1). Development versions always have an odd version number, so current dev (3.5) will become 3.6 and the next dev version will be 3.7, which will become the 3.8 release.
