darktable 3.6.1 unofficial build with CR3 support (osx, win10)

OSX build 3.6.1 with preliminary CR3 support:
darktable-3.6.1+preliminary_CR3.dmg
Win10 build 3.6.1 with preliminary CR3 support:
darktable-3.6.1+preliminary_CR3-win64.exe

differences to the official build:

  • rawspeed with added preliminary cr3 support
  • built and optimized for my system configuration, OSX build requires osx >= 10.15, no signed app

If you don’t need cr3 support, stay with the official packages. If you need native cr3 support then this is better then waiting until christmas :wink:
and as usual: don’t forget to backup … since you’ll be a guinea pig for the cr3 stuff :wink:

What’s the difference between this build and the Win10 3.7.0 + 1144 w/CR3 file you posted less than a week ago?

BTW, thanks very much for your efforts here, we Canon R5/Win10 users appreciate it!

3.7.0 is a development build and is significantly different to 3.6.1, which is the latest stable version (only a little different from 3.6.0). Version 3.7.0 will be released as 3.8 at Christmas.
