Darktable Custom Filter

I have a number of folders containing CR2 raw files but some of the images only show in Darktable, when I specify “Custom” in the filter drop down rather than RAW. I’m not sure what I did to mark them causing this to happen. Probably a dumb question but I haven’t been able to figure it out so far.

If you want to filter by image type, don’t filter by module order. If you rearrange the pipe by dragging modules around on the right side of the darkroom, you introduce a custom order.

Ok thanks. It was the module order issue.
