Hopefully I’m adding this feature request in the right place. I’m sorting out a large and varied collection of images from many years and many sources including different cameras, scans and auto-generated thumbnails. Often I have two or more either identical or visually similar files and wish to keep only the largest sized file. Being able to compare file sizes at a glance would be extremely useful by adding a file size variable to the thumbnail tooltip.
You need a github account…go to the darktable repo and choose issues…when you do you will get a template to fill after choosing the feature request option… see below…
