darktable feature request: in-app workspace switcher

I use darktable workspaces to separate my digital from my film work and so far I’ve been really liking it.

The ability to disable tone mapping per workspace has been a huge timesaver for me.

Something I wish was present was the ability to switch workspaces from inside darktable, even if it restarts the whole application.

Something I wish was present was the ability to switch workspaces from inside darktable, even if it restarts the whole application.

This reminds me of Lightroom’s ability to select a new catalog from the drop down menu. LR would then shut down and restart. I can see for some DT users this would be desirable.
