Darktable: how to remove blotchy areas?

Hi there,

My first post here. I have just started with Darktable and I’m going through tutorials and documentation, but I couldn’t find a specific topic about the issue I’m trying to fix.
Basically, I have a photograph with some areas I want to clean (probably due to dust on the sensor or a dirty lens).

I’m used to photoshop where I can easily use clone the area in order to fix the issue.
How would you fix this with Darktable?

The spot removal tool should do the trick.
