Feedback / Review: Since we (@martijn , @Jetze, @Pieter_Zanen & me ) are not native English speakers, we would really appreciate it if you could take a look at the English pages. Does the terminology match the official English Darktable interface? Are there any phrasing issues?
Call for an English Maintainer: While we can handle the technical side and the German (and NL) content, keeping the English content up-to-date with future Darktable versions (and upcoming changes) might be a bit much for us.
3.Is there anyone here who would be interested in acting as a “Maintainer” for the English section?*
This would mainly involve keeping an eye on the English texts and updating them when workflows change or new features are introduced.
Thank you all for your continued support and feedback!
Thank you for all the hard work. It is a great resource.
The only issue I have noticed is that if I click e.g. AgX, it take me to German version of AgX. I think a careful review of the links maybe necessary.
the issue still persist.
If you choose AgX from Home page, it goes to getting started, then on that page if choose Step 3 AgX, Step 4 Tone Equalizer, The Designer: Crop, or The Architect: Lens Correction still goes to the German pages.
The issue exist only if you go from Home>getting started> to those said pages. It seems from Darktable tab they correctly go to those pages in English
I will report if I find any other issues.
Given the URL, I wonder if this might get mistaken for the official darktable website (darktable.org). It might be worth an alert at the top of the page to redirect them just in case.
This is so great! There are a million ways to do it in darktable, so as a new user I’m very interested in which workflows are optimal, not just the various possible ways to accomplish goals. That means older tutorials usually aren’t relevant for workflows.
