Blue seems strangely low though I guess the scene should be warm but it seems like a bit of a low number…

Avoiding raw clipping is useful, but on this photo the issue was not that: you have little clipped at the raw level:
Each of the various tone mapping algorithms has its own way to deal with colours. Trying to preserve ‘the original hue’ (what the sensor observed) may not match the hue you perceive, as brightness influences perceived hue.
With sigmoid, try the smooth preset, if you have not done so.
In the reflectance chart I just posted, yellow is about 0.3 and blue is about 0.03. How that converts to sRGB I don’t know as regards “strangely low”.

For a reflectance of 0.3 R, 0.3 G and 0.03 B maybe that converts to something like:
