Here’s the link to the latest weekly snapshot of darktable 3.9, https://drive.google.com/file/d/1roJD7XJqfBuYMv_3YQN6mXqcYuu2bvr5/view?usp=sharing. Most(all?) of the changes so far have been bug fixes for the 3.8.1 bugfix release. This snapshot should be pretty much what darktable 3.8.1 will be.
