I’ve download gimp and darktable and when I try to open an image on gimp, it always says “there is no RAW loader installed to open RAW CANON files” even though I have darktable installed. I’ve already tried to go on “image import & export → raw image importer” to click darktable but it doesn’t show up. I’m using a macbook air with everything up to date and i’ve deleted and redownloaded both gimp and darktable but it doesn’t work. So can someone please help me

I’ve just built a Windows 11 PC.
I’m trying to get my workflow for Olympus raw file ( ORF) working.
I’ve installed both the above softwares.
But, when I drop an ORF in Gimp it says:
There is no RAW loader installed to open ‘Raw Olympus ORF’ files.
GIMP currently supports these RAW loaders:
- darktable (http://www.darktable.org/ ), at least 1.7
- RawTherapee (http://rawtherapee.com/ ), at least 5.2
Please install one of them in order to load RAW files.

### Describe the bug
After upgrading darktable to 4.8.0 gimp can no longer open… raw files. It complains that a raw plugin is missing even though darktable is installed Darktable can open the file directly though.
Reverting to darktable 4.6.1 it works again. Same bug as https://github.com/darktable-org/darktable/issues/15968 that was closed for 4.6.0 and corrected in DT 4.6.1.
### Steps to reproduce
- Update darktable to version 4.8.0
- Try to open a raw file with gimp.
- Gimp complains that it cannot find a raw plugin
- There is no darktable plugin in Gimp import file settings
### Expected behavior
darktable should open when a raw image is opened in gimp and darktable send back the image in gimp after treatment.
