default settings in modules

Is it possible to save own default settings for certain modules? Eg:
perspective corrections - set automatic cropping to original format (originally there is no cropping)
haze removal - strength set to 0.20 (originally set to 0.50
shadows and highlights - shadows=30 / highlights=-30 (originally set to 50 / -50)
I know this could be done in presets but maybe there is a way to set as default when I start darktable?

Hint: the module does not need to be enabled.
You can set the defaults, disable the module back, and store as preset.
At least i think it should work.

Yes, presets with disabled modules work fine.
