Hi there, my first post! I’m looking to perform denoising steps on my linear images, but I can’t find any denoise tool in Siril. Am I missing something?

Hi, siril is about removing noise from images, I’m not sure what you mean. If you have stacked some images and have too much noise in the result, if you processed them correctly with offset/dark/flat, then you don’t have enough images or exposure time. You can apply a light median filter on the image maybe…
Thanks for the reply. Of course, there’s a large amount of noise to be removed by the stacking process, but definitively there’s still residual noise in the linear image, which would be advantageous to reduce before the image is stretched. I saw the median filter tool, but the thing is that it’s not working for me to respect the stars and preserve the edges satisfactorily (they get affected and faint stars get blurred).
I think siril does not yet do what you want then.
