I installed digikam on a new computer and copied the database and some of the photos from the old computer. Then I added new raw photos.
In the preview view, there are no thumbnail previews visible. After doubleklick on a single photo, the detailed photo is shown perfectly.
I tried on selected photos (original language is German):
Nothing helped.
Has anyone proposals what could be done?
can you get some logs and tell us what they say?
Have you tried toggling “Settings → Show Thumbbar”?
