Not sure if I should report this as a bug/feature request, so I thought I’d check and see if I’m doing something wrong! Using latest versions of Affinity Photo (AP) and digiKam on macOS (v12.6 Monterey).
The OS (Finder) shows the embedded preview JPEG for AP thumbnails, as do all of my other apps (where applicable). digiKam, however, just shows a generic icon. It would be nice to be able to see the thumbnails in album view, just as it does with raws and TIFFs.
I’ve been through the online documentation and looked at all the preferences, but don’t see anywhere this behavior can be changed. Is it a limitation or bug of digiKam?
