The following statement appears in the the user manual for Contrast Equalizer. On DT 5.3 +975 windows 11 this information seems incorrect as the light and dark stripes remain consistent despite the degree of zoom. If this can be replicated on master maybe this part of the documentation should be tweaked.
“In the background of the curve you can see a number of alternating light and dark stripes. These represent the levels of detail that are visible at your current zoom scale – any details without these stripes are too small to be seen your current view.”
