I install DT with apt on my desktops.
Ubuntu 22.04 has upgraded, while 24.04 not yet.
Should I do it manually, or wait for the repo to by updated?
I want to work on the same release moving from one desktop to the other.
I assume in 22.04 you have the snap?
Maybe you are right.
Now, I added the following PPA: ppa:ubuntuhandbook1/darktable, and I was able to upgrade.
Don’t know if it’s a reliable source, it complained that the signature had low security…

I can confirm that PPA is working for me in Kubuntu 24.04
