DT Crashes when opening a Sony RAW file

DT 5.2 Windows 11 is crashing when I open a Sony RAW file. I’ve double checked to make sure I am using Lossless Compressed Large. I can open Panasonic RAW and jpegs.

I can see the thumbs in lighttable, but as soon as I double click to open in Darktable view the program disappears.

This is on a fairly new Lenovo Laptop. I can open the files on my desktop.

Also of note, 5.0 did the same thing, and I’ve never been able to get it to work on my laptop. Now 5.2 is doing the same thing.

Please share what camera specifically and share a raw file if possible.

How much memory does the laptop have versus the desktop?
