dtdocs - translations are up again :-) !

Hey guys,

I am happy to report that the translations for darktables docs can be maintained again!

Following @martinus hint we were able to register with weblates own hosting in their “libre” tier, which they offer for open source projects.

The translations are in need of some love:

If you want to help out I recommend checking out the translators guide and if you are interested in the general setup of the translations take a look here.

In order to submit translations you have to register with weblate. If you are not registered you can still submit suggestions for registered contributors to accept.

Note: I wrote the translators guide based on my own limited exploration of weblate while setting things up. If you get into translating and feel the guide is lacking please send me a message or open an issue on the dtdocs repository.

@Popanz @manu @kasiura have at it if you want  .

I’ve already converted your AgX translation, I’m sorry for having slept on it so long. On the weekend, I’ll get in touch with @mino to get it integrated.
