If you’re looking for filters in the GUI plugin, check out the various ‘inpaint’ ones (the search box will find them). If none of them do any good, it’s trivially easy to make something even at command line using the -dilate command and a mask/threshold. I’ll post examples if you need them, unless somebody else does first
