Unable to edit .dng files in my desktop (AMD Ryzen 7 2700x nvidia 1070, 32gb RAM) but can on my laptop (i7, nvidia 1070, 48gb ram). I’ve reinstalled, compared prefs, still get no preview and unable to edit the file. Any help?

Version of RawTherapee, Operating system (on desktop
as well as on your laptop)? From where did you obtain
RawTherapee? Could you please upload the problematic
.dng here? Are all your images problematic? From where
did you get the .dng file (converted? from where? using what)?

Windows 10 latest updates on both, software d/l from https://rawtherapee.com/, all .dng’s are showing the same issue on the windows desktop, both machines are current with all driver updates that are applicable (iow, not the “game ready” driver updates for graphics cards). DNGs are from Photoshop CC 2019, subscriber for years, user since 1993. Files are too large for upload. They are not corrupted as they open without issue in photoshop, Capture NX-D, and other editing programs/viewers.
