Error : Could not find a decoder to read <any file format> file format

Hi, i just download and install Natron 2.3.15, but when i try to add file by drag and drop, nothing apened. And with a read node, it say : Could not find a decoder to read file format (i try with every image or video file format i can find on my computer)

i try the two fix provide here : To bug or not to bug ^^
But don’t work for me. I’m on windows 7 utlimate 64bit SP1

Have you any idea how to fix this ? Or how get previous versions (i remember older version work fine, but i dont remember wich)

Did you clear the cache and restart Natron? (cache=>Clear Plug-Ins Load Cache) This is needed after you replace the DLL.

Else I don’t know, I don’t test Windows 7 anymore. Based on the feedback I got from the quickfix it should work.
