I do not get this error when visiting meta.discourse.org (which I assume runs on the very latest discourse…).
Just to make sure: There’s only the error message that pops up and has to be clicked away, it does not have any other consequences as far as I can tell.
well we run on their stable branch. while meta should be on main. so can you please ask on meta if the modal fix can be backported to stable?

This is something that needs to be done by pixls’ site maintainer and not a regular user.
Pixls is a community driven site, I’m fully aware of that and that’s why I 1) created this topic to make sure other users are aware that this issue exists, 2) took the time to investigate further and get some more info, 3) made sure to mention that a solution is available and 4) include a link to this specific issue on meta discourse.
