Error when posting to Google Photos

I’m getting an error when I try to upload to Google Photos using digiKam. I can do this manually, so it’s not mission critical, but I was just curious if this was a known issue or not.

Exporting to Google Photos still seems to work for me, not that really helps you.
I am still on version 7.2.0, haven’t got round to upgrading to 7.3.0 yet. Windows 10.

Thanks. I think this has been reported as a bug and will be fixed for 7.4.

After the screenshot, you try to upload images to an album that has a closed lock as an icon - so it is locked. The Google Photo API only allows us to upload images to albums that were also created by digiKam with its API key. Many have reported the problem to Google, but it will probably never be fixed by Google. We can’t fix it.
